ITEC had completed the acquisition of AutoGraphics company. AutoGraphics was established in 1986 and was a pioneer in document archiving solutions in the Jordanian market. AutoGraphics operations will remain autonomous, while benefiting from the vision and direction that ITEC’s board will bring to the company’s strategy.

ITEC attends DocuWorld 2023
On the 26th to 28th April, we had the pleasure of attending the DocuWorld 2023 event, which took place at the Berlin Intercontinental hotel. DocuWorld is an annual gathering for DocuWare partners around the world, with the exception of the USA. This year, the event was attended by 680 representatives from various DocuWare partner companies. As Platinum DocuWare partners, ITEC was invited to an exclusive summit meeting alongside other select Platinum partners. During the meeting, top DocuWare executives shared their perspective on the future of the ECM market in light of emerging business trends. We're excited to integrate these insights into our work to better serve our clients.

This agreement was made within the Jordan Growth Incentives Program (Business Development On) to help implement business development plans for companies and export their services to new markets in order to stimulate them to grow and create jobs in the fields of the digital economy.
The Jordanian Archive Technology Family thanked the Ministry of Digital Economy and leadership for this project for contributing to creating the real partnership needed by the private sector with ministries and official institutions

A 26 of new electronic services to enable taxpayers and auditors to complete their transactions remotely without having to review the Department to facilitate and mitigate them in time and effort as well as to maintain their health and safety under the preventive and precautionary measures taken by the government to combat (CORONA VIRUS)
1- Extracting the pin number for the first time
2- Reissuing the pin number in case of loss
3- Modifying personal and financial data
4- Submitting a request for tax refund
5- Tax statement income, sales and deductions for employees

ITEC announced the launch of "ITEC Loyalty Program", which took a place on 13 May 2018, this Program signifies ITEC’s gratitude to all loyal customers.

e-Document Insight Event
Under the sponsorship of Panasonic Middle East, ITEC organized the “e-Document Insight” event at Crowne Plaza Hotel – Amman.
Panasonic team, gave the audience a briefing on the latest technological innovations in their professional document scanning hardware and image enhancement software. Panasonic demonstrated exceptional document handling on the newly introduced scanner models which are capable of scanning I.D. cards, Passports together with paper documents through a automatic document feeder (ADF) thus avoiding the cumbersome operation of flatbed scanning.
ITEC took the audience on a journey through its 27-year history in e-Document and e-Process solutions. ITEC gave a briefing on its commitment towards loyal customers and announced its newly introduced “Customer Loyalty Scheme”. ITEC also gave the audience a peak into What’s New in the DocuWare & DocuTRAK products and how these can help customers fulfil their business need.

MOICT entrusts ITEC to deliver the e-Government TARASUL system
As part of the Ministry of Information & Communications Technology (MOICT) e-Government initiative, Tarasul project aims at the achievement of digital delivery of official correspondences among all government ministries and entities. Tarasul project will establish a secure hub on the Government’s Private Could hosted at the National Information Technology Center (NITC) where Tarasul application will manage and control all exchanged correspondence documents. MOICT entrusted Image Technologies (ITEC) to develop and implement the Tarasul system, based on their proven experience at delivering as similar system for Jordan Customs. Jordan Customs team played an active role in managing the Tarasul project which is planned to go live before end of 2017.

ITEC moves from Numan Mall to Park Plaza Sweifieh
After 10 years at its old location at Numan Mall on Waha circle, ITEC decided to make a move.
Located at its new offices at land mark location of Park Plaza in Sweifiya, ITEC is now enjoying the proximity to the lively shopping district and the availability of car parking for all of its staff and visitors at the multistory parking. ITEC hosted many of their customers for an office warming event on 27April.

DocuWare V6.5 Training & DocuWare Application Consultant (DAC) Certification
Image technologies (ITEC) continues to drive the technical and sales skills of its own staff as well as staff of its regional partners in collaboration with its International Technology Partner DocuWare GmbH of Germany by organizing a training course to be conducted by Mr. Marcin Pichur, DocuWare’s Regional Sales Director.
The training will take place from the 20th – 22nd of May 2014 at IBIS Hotel Amman – Jordan. On the first day, ITEC will be presenting their vertical market applications in tight integration with DocuWare. The following 4 days will be dedicated to the new breakthrough version 6.5 of DocuWare. In this version trainees will experience the new features starting from the new simplified and comfortable user-interface for an enhanced user experience built on the latest HTML5 technology. The new Intelligent Indexing Service will enable users to fill the indexing data automatically. Mobile solutions are another highlight that would be covered in the training; apps are now available for all familiar mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, Blackberry and Android Tablets.
The training will also address DocuWare sales techniques and tools to develop trainees’ skills and thus empowering them towards achieving a win-situation by meeting the business goals of our customers.
